Weight overload limiter introduction

Weight overload limiter is a protection device used on various wire rope electric hoists. 1. Application: Overload limiter is usually used on 1-32 ton hoist. As a traditional connection set, overload limiter also can be widely applied to all kinds of CD, MD electric hoist.
2. Sensor type: The sensor type of weight overload limiter is wire rope side pressure.
3. Overload capacity: The overload capacity of weight overload limiter is 1.5 times rated load.
4. Monitoring accuracy: Display error≤3%, action error≤±3%, composition error≤5%.
5. Alarm point set: Delay alarm starting point  is 105% of rated lifting capacity; immediate alarm starting point is120% of rated lifting capacity
6. Main function: The main functions of weight overload limiter is audible and visual alarm, controlling lifting.
7. Control output form: One group of normally closed contactor; capacity: 5A
8. Power: 380V,50Hz
9. Working environment: -20℃～60℃,≤90%RH
