Operators should strictly abide by the operation rules of mobile slewing crane, master the performance of hoisting equipment, and strictly prohibit overload operation.
The mobile jib crane must follow the basic principle of "operation without lifting, lifting without operation".
It is not allowed to use the terminal baffle as a normal parking method.
The four supporting devices of mobile slewing crane must be opened to support the ground to ensure safety before lifting objects.
When lifting a heavy object, multiple electric jogging operations on the electric hoist should be avoided as much as possible.
Chains or wire ropes for lifting heavy objects must have sufficient strength and be firm and reliable. The acute angles when lifting heavy objects should be cushioned, and the ropes placed on the hooks must be placed in the center of the hooks to prevent them from slipping off.
The lifting and moving of heavy objects shall be carried out in a vertical condition. It shall not be allowed to pull diagonally, or it shall not be allowed to rotate or pull the beam of the lifting frame to drag or impact.
When the operation of the movable jib crane fails and an accident occurs, the power should be cut off immediately.
When lifting heavy objects, the lower part of the mobile jib crane is prohibited from passing by people.
After the staff finishes working, turn off the mobile slewing crane power immediately.

Movable Jib Crane Maintenance

Every six months, the rotating parts of the mobile jib crane need to be lubricated once.
According to the situation after use, periodically brush away the accumulated material on the cross member (walking track surface) of the rotating part. Mobile jib cranes are painted once a year in the open air, and mobile jib cranes are painted once in two years to prevent corrosion.
