Recently we successfully handed over seven overhead travelling cranes to our customer in Philippines, which is one of the world’s leading machine tool manufacturers. This two years have completed enormous expansion programmes for production facilities.

In October, we got a contract from our customer to supply and install six units of overhead travelling cranes with capacities ranging from 2t to 10t and complete columns, steel structure, to his new production facility in Philippines.

• single girder overhead crane, 3 Phase 440 Volt
• 2 ton, 6 Meter Height, Span 8 Meter, 2 Sets
• 5 ton, 8 Meter Height and Span 10 Meter, 2 Sets
• 10 ton, 8 Meter Height, Span 15 Meter, 2 Sets

And an explosion-proof overhead crane 3.2 ton was specially included to support the surface treatment process. As its working environment was hazardous, a special execution for the crane control box as well as motor enclosure was necessary to ensure safe lifting of parts and machine centers without causing explosions in the crane electrical circuitry.
