Workstation Jib Crane Used for Machinery Manufacturing Industry

Recently 7 units of workstation slewing jib cranes were fabricated and installed for Sam Machinery (a 26-year-old leading manufacturer of tire building machines located in Singapore. Considering the space constraint in the new plant and the request for user-friendly material handling equipment, Dongqi Cranes proposed workstation type slewing jib cranes to be installed.


 
The freestanding slewing jib cranes feature a 250kgs safe working load and 3000mm outreach with european electric chain hoists. These cranes are designed to cover the near area of the production machines, endorsing the movement with a 360º slewing range, lifting parts to the other work areas facilitating assembly of tire building machines, band building machines etc.
