In 2015 Autumn Canton Fair, we Dongqi Group met 4 clients from Haiti. Haiti is one country located in the Caribbean, Latin America. During the Canton Fair, they inquired the 10 ton single girder overhead crane from us. We prepared the price quotation and send them at night. But at that time, we got no reply from them.
On October 25th 2015, our client replied us that they need the time to analyze our overhead crane offer because it is one costly project, so they have to be more cautious. Anyway when they saw our crane catalogue and they found we can supply the electric chain hoist. Then they decided to purchase 2 ton electric chain hoist with 4 meters lifting height to test our quality and service. We were excited to get them reply and we told them quality is our company soul. Within 2 hours, we sent them the 2 ton electric chain hoist price and drawing.
After the price quotation, our client asked us first question, based on we are the brand new supplier to them, so they are worried how we to secure them the business safety. After the discussions with our manager, our manager directly agreed to process the payment term 50% TT deposit and final 50% TT against the draft bill of loading after shipment. Our client is very satisfied with our response and issue us the order immediately. After we get the payment, we arranged the production; 5 days later we sent Haiti customers the production pictures and they are satisfied. Then we arranged the shipment. After we get the original bill of loading, we sent them the scan copy for the balance payment.
