According to the maximum steel coils weight to be lifting and the working conditions : the steel coils are used for manufacturing steel tubes , clients want to use the outdoor gantry crane to upload steel coils from trucks to the yard , then when manufacturing , the 20 ton gantry crane will be used for lifting the steel coils from yard to warehouse. At first, Dongqi Group designs the MH model gantry crane with A3 working class and average working time not more than 8 hours per day, but the clients told that they want the crane working class A5, and when crane lifting, it has enough space for the steel coils, so after a technical meeting with our technical department, our engineer gives the gantry crane technical drawings as below:

For such “L” type gantry crane, it is still single girder, but the lifting device is winch trolley which the working class is A5 and can be used for lifting steel coils continuously. Besides, the gantry crane motor is Jiamusi brand ( top quality in crane industry), famous Schneider electrics. For 20 ton gantry crane and 25 ton gantry crane in this project, because the two “L” type gantry cranes will be used outdoor , so we design the rain proof cover to protect the winch and electrics . The control is wireless remote control, but we also send the cable pendant controller, power supply system is festoon cables which could ensure the two gantry cranes working well.
The client is very satisfied with the customized “L” type gantry crane solutions, then we signed the sales contract at once against signed drawings.
