electric hoist is hard to avoid failure in using process. It has become an important part of construction production to improve the safe operation of electric hoist, solve all kinds of faults occurred timely and accurate in the use of processing.Combined with the experience in installation and maintenance, we have specific analysis of the causes of some common faults of electric hoist.
It is mainly due to hoist rated working voltage is not connected, the hoist unable to work, generally there are three cases:
(1)no energize. it usually need test pencil test whether the power supply system for electric hoist power transmission, if no transmission, start work when power transmission.
(2)phase. electrical damage, circuit disconnection or poor contact of primary and control loop which also can make the hoist motor open phase and cannot work normally.When it appears this kind of circumstance, we need to repair the primary and control circuit.When maintenance and repair, in order to prevent the primary and control circuits to three-phase motor supply phase failure and burn motor, or hoist motor suddenly energized and operate harm,be sure to hoist motor disconnected from the power line, only to primary and control circuit power transmission, then click start and stop switch, check and analysis the control electric circuit working condition, then repair or replacement electrical wiring or circuit that have problems .It is confirmed the primary and control circuit without fault before re-commissioning.
(3)voltage is too low. Hoist motor terminal voltage lower than the rated voltage of more than 10%, the motor starting torque is too small, so that lifting hoists not move goods and can not work.measuring motor input voltage with a multimeter or voltmeters .
When long-term administration of electric hoist, brake wear ring is too large, the brake spring pressure decreases, the braking force is reduced. The solution is to adjust the brake bolt or replace the brake ring.
First check the system voltage is too low or fluctuation is too large.In this case , start it when the voltage returns to normal ; on the other hand, pay attention to the three-phase motor is running in the phase and it can not start after the shutdown, then you need to check power phase.
