5 Ton single girder crane and 20 Ton Double Girder Crane Inquiry

In April of 2017, We HENAN YUANTAI CRANE MACHINERY IMPORT&EXPORT CO., LTD, attended the 121th Canton Fair in Guangzhou. On 15th April,our Haiti customer visited our booth , talked with Mr Oscar and told us their overhead cranes requirement: one set 20T Double Girder Overhead Crane and four sets 5T single girder overhead crane. The Haiti customer is a boss who knows only the approximate parameters of these cranes, such as the capacity, the span and lifting height etc., and all these five overhead cranes required European model crane, so we quoted him a price and drawings accordingly, it is really a pleasant meeting for both of us. We were always contacting each other after coming back from Guangzhou.

Introduction of required European standard overhead crane

According to Haiti customer’s warehouse conditions, we suggest the European model overhead cranes.Below is the introduction for European model overhead cranes:

Electric standard overhead crane is a kind of lifting equipment which is used in workshop, warehouse and yard to lift the materials or loads. It has such design concepts as small dimension, light dead weight. Compared with traditional cranes, the limiting distance is small from hook to wall, and headroom is the lowest, which makes cranes work more close to the front, and lifting height is much higher, which increases effective working space of workplace. New workshops can be designed smaller and have more functions, because the dead weight is very light and the wheel pressure is small. Smaller size workplace means saving a huge amount of money from initial construction investment, long-term heating, air conditioning and other maintenance free.

After talked with the Haiti customer, we knew that they have finished there warehouse, then send us their two warehouse drawings from which we knew that 4 sets single girder overhead cranes used in one warehouse, the other 20 ton double girder overhead crane used in another warehouse, below is the warehouse drawings:

According to the two workshop drawings, our technical department confirmed the detailed span and lifting height, our engineer gives the final designs of European standard overhead crane drawings, then we send the exact quotation to Haiti customer accordingly. After received the updated price quotation and technical drawings of the European standard overhead cranes, our customer sent us their warehouse supplier’s contacts information to confirm H model support beam model. After discussed with Haiti customer, they decided to buy all these two warehouse H model support beam from us, below is the H beam models we designed:

Signed the contract of these European standard overhead cranes

After confirmed the final quotation with H model support beam, the final customer ask Mr Oscar to send them the contract, Mr Oscar prepared the detailed contract on which he listed the detailed European overhead cranes parameters, the total amount of USD120354 and related commercial terms, then send to our Haiti customer. No any comments,Haiti customer signed the contract and transferred the 50 % down payment on 20th June, after confirmed with our bank, HENAN YUANTAI CRANE MACHINERY IMPORT&EXPORT CO., LTD started the fabrication since 23th June.

After signed the contract, Haiti customer told Mr Oscar that “Mr Oscar, I am so glad to know you and your company HENAN YUANTAI CRANE MACHINERY IMPORT&EXPORT CO., LTD, you are really an professional and kind sales director, we are very satisfied with you and your company, hope the five overhead cranes quality will be very good, so we can have a long cooperation in the future, well done Mr Oscar.”

Follow-up for European overhead cranes’ fabrication process, package and shipment

Now these five cranes are under fabrication, during which Mr Oscar will take the photos for each step and send to Haiti customer, also supervise the painting, package and shipment to ensure everything goes well. Besides, HENAN YUANTAI CRANE MACHINERY IMPORT&EXPORT CO., LTD will send the test certificate and related installation, maintenance, commission manual together with the finished cranes.
