Electric Winches is used to complete traction drive with human power or mechanical power via a reel, which can handle heavy materials or loads vertically or horizontally or obliquely.

The main use requirements of the electric winch are as follows:

• In the general we use slow speed electric winch for lifting hoisting. The main parameters of the winch: volume prototype rated static tension of wire rope, reel rope capacity.
• The winch should be fixed and reliable, when the winch is in stress it shall not be lateral displacement. Ground anchor should be set according to its load pre-pull.
• The wire rope on the drum of the winch cannot be fully discharged, the remaining part of the ring should not be less than 4 laps which can be in order to reduce the stress of the fixed place.
• When the hoisting machine is operated, the horizontal line from the reel to the last guided pulley shall not be less than 25 times the length of the reel, which shall be provided on the upper and lower sides of the reel.
• When we wind multilayer wire rope on the winch machine, we shall always make the order of the wire rope step by step with a tightly wrapped on the drum, the most outer layer of wire rope should be lower than the height of the flange a rope on both ends of the drum.
