Construction Preparation Before Installation
Prepare installation tools and organize installation personnel in place according to the double girder goliath crane installation plan.

Track laying: Lay the rails on the concrete foundation, and use the instrument to measure and fix them precisely as shown in the drawings to ensure the straightness, parallelism and flatness of the track.
Installation of the traveling wheel set and bottom beam of the cart: According to the gantry crane design drawings, set out the center lines of the four cart traveling devices on the track, and install the traveling wheel set of the cart with a 25t truck crane. The center point is aligned with the center line of the track, and the large wheel groups on both sides and the center line of the connecting flange of the door legs maintain the same vertical section. Use a wedge to temporarily support the wheel set, and then use a jack to adjust the verticality of the wheel set for temporary support to prevent it from tipping. Connect the end of the bottom beam to the bottom beam with bolts, and then install it on the traveling wheel set of the cart with a crane.
Support legs installation: Assemble the leg brackets on the ground. If necessary, first fix the door legs on both sides with temporary supports to ensure that the distance between them is accurate. At the same time, install the operation platform and the ladder. Tie a wind rope at the top of each door leg. The diameter of the wire rope used for the wind rope is 16mm. There are four wind ropes on each door leg, two on each side. The assembled flexible door legs are hung on the bottom beam with a 100t truck crane, adjust the wind rope, tighten the wind rope on the ground anchor with a 10 ton chain hoist, and install the assembled rigid door legs with a 100t truck crane. . After the installed door legs are tied with the wind rope, the verticality of the main supports of the door legs on both sides must be measured with an instrument to ensure the accurate alignment of the beam during installation.
Main beam installation: The main beam has a total of 6 segments. When hoisting, the components are assembled on the ground, and the hoisting is divided into four times. According to the position distance between the main beam and the door legs, arrange the crane and support all the outriggers according to the distance marked in the drawing. The sling is bundled (pay attention to the thin iron plate at the edges and corners of the main beam). The four corners of the main beam must be pulled with white and brown ropes. The position of the flange of the main beam and the flange of the door leg is preliminarily adjusted by the hoist at a certain height, and then the positioning pins are used for precise positioning.
Electrical installation: According to the design drawings, arrange the wire slideway and install the circuit.
Check and debug (trial lifting):
Turn off the main power of the gantry crane before the test drive.
All parts are intact and there is no major deformation.
Whether the installation of each component meets the technical requirements of the drawing, and the inspection of the welding position.
The parts that need to be lubricated must be filled with the corresponding lubricating oil.
Whether the hoisting wire rope and the drum are fixed reliably, check and adjust the limiter and brake.
Carry out no-load and heavy-load experiments on the gantry crane according to the test lifting requirements.
