Project Scope:

After confirming the workspace available in the assembly workshop with the client, the KBK light crane should ensure that there is enough clearance for safe operation. This project involves the installation of a 2 ton KBK crane system in the assembly workshop. The system will consist of two parallel runways, each with a length of 20 meters, and four suspension points. The crane will be equipped with a 2 ton electric chain hoist.

Installation Process:

1. Site Preparation: The site will be cleared of any obstacles that may hinder installation or operation.
2. Runway Installation: The two parallel runways will be installed along with their support structures.
3. Suspension Points Installation: Four suspension points will be installed along each runway at equal intervals.
4. Hoist Unit Installation: The hoist unit will be installed on one end of the runway using suspension trolleys.
5. Testing: Once all components are installed, testing will be carried out to ensure that everything is functioning correctly.
