Requirement:

One project is the company needed an single girder overhead crane for his cleanroom facility, which is focus on manufacturing products for the life sciences, bioprocess, biomedical, pharmaceutical and similar critical-use applications. Our customer required low headroom overhead crane to lift injection molding machines and other part molds.

These molds are moved up to ten times per day between the machines and the maintenance rooms where they are looked after. The overhead bridge crane needed to maximize horizontal hook approach and hook height, while maintaining safety and efficiency.
